Advance2000, a well-established IT and cloud computing company, was launching HelloBooked—a new customer care call center service. As a completely new offering, it lacked any existing visual identity, requiring a brand system that would feel distinct yet aligned with the company’s values.
Methodology
I collaborated closely with the internal marketing team to understand the core purpose and tone of the service. From there, I distilled the brand into its simplest, most essential visual form—focusing on clarity, friendliness, and user connection. I explored ideas through sketches and digital iterations, refining the concept to ensure consistency across platforms.
Solution
Reflecting its customer-first mission, the HelloBooked brand is bright, welcoming, and easy to recognize. The vibrant color palette, clean typography, and playful graphic elements give it a modern and approachable personality. From logo to website to motion graphics, the visual identity tells a cohesive story that supports HelloBooked’s goal of making customer care more human and accessible.
